The biggest difference between categories is the size and the items included. Our Classic Homecoming Mums and Garters are a traditional, simpler, elegant but more economical option. They are beautiful the way they are and come with many great options to add as well. Our classic mums have more items and design to them than most other mum makers "deluxe" versions and definitely beat a craft store mum any day! Melz Mumz goal was to offer beautiful mums and garters for every budget without sacrificing quality! The Deluxe Homecoming Mums and Garters are more traditional style but with tons of extra items included. These have more braids, trinkets, bells and specialty ribbons and are sure to amaze anyone. They are rather substantial in size and are a perfect option for a cherishable keepsake. These already have lots of stuff on them but offer some great options without breaking the bank! A deluxe would NEVER disappoint anyone and you will be shocked at how much amazing you get for your money! You won't find ANYTHING this amazing for the money ANYWHERE!! The Deluxe category is our most popular. Look at our photo album to see how beautiful detailed our deluxe category is! The MEGA Homecoming Mum and Garter category speaks for itself. MEGAs are your over the top extravagant award winning mums. For lack of better words they are simply just WOW!! They have so many handmade and custom items you won't see anywhere else. MEGAs are truly impressive in size and design and they ALWAYS get lots of attention when on display. You won't find ANYTHING like these amazing mums ANYWHERE ELSE! If you want something out of this world - then that is a MEGA! Yes, I have many models that can be viewed by appointment only. I do not have a store front but I do have mum and garter models and examples of items available to put on them. Please note that during the middle of mum season it may take us longer to respond or set an appointment based on homecomings that week.

Absolutely! We want you to LOVE your mum or garter and make it exactly how YOU want it! Use the detail box on the order form to specify your custom requests. You can also contact us in advance using the contact form. WE CAN MAKE JUST ABOUT ANYTHING!!!

You need to order your mum or garter at least 10 days before your desired pick up date. We take pride in our work, and it takes time to create our amazing products. We do accept RUSH requests based on availability. We also have pre-made models that can be quickly customized, but they sell out fast! Use the online contact form to inquire or chat with us via the chat box on bottom right of screen. ORDER AS EARLY AS POSSIBLE because we fill up quickly and may have to stop taking orders once we're full.

We are located in Highland Village right off 407 on border of Flower Mound, Argyle and Lewisville. PICK UPS ARE TUESDAY, WEDNESDAY & THURSDAY BETWEEN 4:30 PM AND 10:30 PM. We do have Saturday and Sunday pick ups by appointment only. You are able to select your pick up date/time on the order form. If you need to pick up at a different time than you selected, please contact us. If we are able to accommodate your request we will let you know. All other pick ups are done by the specific date requested at time of order. If these options do not work, we do offer shipping for a fee, please see shipping details below in FAQs. WE NOW OFFER HAND DELIVERY IN THE DFW AREA. If option is available in your area it will allow it to be selected as an option. The additional extras for seniors is optional if you want additional senior items such as senior garland, additional senior trinkets, senior bling ribbon and more. It is an optional add on so you do have the option of not adding the extra senior items. It will still have a ribbon with senior on it and a few senior trinkets, but not the extra senior items.

ON DELUXE AND MEGA - NO WAY! We don't charge extra for all those little items one by one! The only additions in price are the extras listed under the mum details. No surprises!! FOR CLASSIC MUMS OR CLASSIC GARTERS THERE IS A CHARGE FOR ANY ADDED THEME.

Due to the custom nature of our products, we cannot issue refunds or exchanges after the cancellation window. Cancellations are only allowed within 48 hours of the initial order (except for RUSH orders - no cancellations or refunds allowed NO EXCEPTION). You must receive a confirmation of your cancellation for it to be valid. After 48 hours, the deposit is non-refundable.

YES!! In most circumstances we will be able to accommodate you with minor changes such as the name change of a date, etc. You must contact us to discuss any changes.

There are several payment options. First is ability to pay in full via secure credit card system or paypal at the time of order. We also offer a 50% deposit option at the time of order. An order will not be accepted until deposit is paid. If deposit is not made within 12 hours of placing order, order will be cancelled. If you do not receive a confirmation email from me that I received your order and deposit, then it has not been received. Balance must be paid before or at the time of pick up. We do offer afterpay option now as well. You will need to follow the instructions on check out page to use this option.

We now offer after pay! When you submit order choose that option and an invoice will be emailed to you. You can pay through paypal, pay cash in person, or use a credit card for phone orders or in person. For credit cards you will be sent an invoice via email for secure payment. Phone orders will require additional information for security purposes. Orders that require shipping must be paid in full before item can ship.

We are able to ship items! SHIPPING CHARGES ARE BASED ON SIZE OF MUM/GARTER. PLEASE SEE ORDER FORM FOR DETAILS. (This price covers UPS GROUND with delivery confirmation and insurance. It also covers the boxes which are custom made to fit our mums and garters.) If item needs to be shipped, we need an additional 5 days on the ordering time. This allows for us to ship Monday of the week of Homecoming to make sure your mum or garter is delivered in time. We have the mum boxes custom made to fit and they are bubble wrapped and secured. We have shipped hundreds of orders and have our packing down to a science! IF YOUR ITEM REQUIRES SHIPMENT PLEASE LET US KNOW WHEN YOU PLACE YOUR ORDER. We will ship no later than the Monday the week of your homecoming date. UPS Ground has a 1 day delivery in most areas in the state of Texas. I insure the packages and will notify you of the tracking number once it is mailed. Once sent we are not held liable for any packages delayed outside of our control.
